2.	Head, Accounts/ Internal Financial Advisor (IFA)	Eligibility: Officers of Central Govt. /Central Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking (PSU): Holding analogous post in Accounts & Finance in the Level-12 of the Pay Matrix on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department, (OR) Supervisory Officer Capacity (Senior Accounts Officer or equivalent) in Level-11 of the Pay Matrix with a minimum of 05 years of experience.
