(iv) Candidate, who is already working as a CHO in Uttar Pradesh, is not eligible for the
current position.
(v) Candidate engaged for COVID Management as outsourced/temporary HR/contractual
and worked at Public Health facilities and/or worked for Management of Covid through
administration under Department of Medical Health and Medical Education in Uttar
Pradesh on fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria after obtaining minimum qualifying
marks in CBT will be given additional percentage marks as per follows:-
1. 05% Marks – who completed six months (cumulative) of active engagement.
2. 10% Marks – who completed One year (cumulative) of active engagement.
3. 15% Marks – who completed One year and six months (cumulative) of active
engagement.

Minimum Qualifying marks in the Computer Based Test

NHM UP CHO Eligibility Criteria

• General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)- RNRM from a recognized Institute or B.Sc. Nursing or Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing
• Candidates must be registered as Nurse and Midwife from UP Nurses & Midwives Council and have a valid registration certificate at the time of online submission of application.

NHM UP CHO Age Limit

The candidate should not be less than 35 years of age as of dated 20th July 2022.

NHM UP Community Health Officer Salary

• Selected candidates will be getting Rs. 10,000/- per month will be offered as a stipend during the training period, which includes boarding & lodging allowances.
• Maximum Rs. 35,500/- per month (Rs 20,500 per month salary plus up to Rs 15,000 per month performance-based incentive) will be offered at the time of posting at SC-HWC in the district as a CHO subject to guidelines issued by GoI.
