- Second Preference - Degree in both Commerce and Law.
- 3rd Preference - Diploma in Taxation Laws as well as Degree in Commerce or Law.

3. District Employment Officer - Graduate in Economics / Education / Sociology / Statistics or Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science and having experience in Industrial or Personal Management or Labor Welfare.
