2BFA & BVA for the pass-out students belonging to Visual Art and BMUS for pass-out students belonging to performing Art.  PH candidates (Ortho / Deaf / VI) shall be applied for the post.  The BFA and BVA Arts Degree from B.K. College of Art and Crafts, Bhubaneswar, Govt. College of Art and Crafts, Khalikote and Private Colleges of the State recognized by the State Universities shall be considered as one of the eligibility criteria for engagement of Art Education Instructor (Visual Art).  B.Mus degree from the Utkal Sangeet Mahavidyalaya, Bhubaneswar. B.K.College of Art and Craft. Bhubaneswar, Govt. & Pvt. Colleges of the state recognized by the State Universities shall be considered for engagement of Art Education Instructors (Performing Art).  The Pass out Students of V.D. College of Art and Crafts (Jaypur), +2 Pass out students of Sangeet Mahavidyalaya, Bhubaneswar, B.K. College of Art and Craft, Bhubaneswar and Govt. College of Art & Craft, Khalikote shall be considered for engagement as Art Education Instructor.  In case of non-availability of candidates of the above qualification, the eminent artists, who have State Level recognition and recipients of Award of State and Central Academy, will be considered for engagement as Art Education Instructor. The district-wise list of such candidates, provided by the Director of Culture, Odisha, may be considered for engagement.  Local Persons (from the same district) may be given priority due to the part-time nature of the job and for easy mobility.  The artists belonging to different Art Groups registered under Zilla Kala Sanskruti Sangha (ZKSS) and Block Kala Sanskruti Sangha (BKSS) will be considered for utilizing their service in case of non-availability of aboverequisite qualified candidates.  If the posts still remain vacant, then artists belonging to other categories will be impaneled only to utilize their service. No person without requisite qualification will be engaged against the Part-Time Instructor in Art Education post.  The post is part-time in nature and therefore candidates shall not claim for regular engagement in the future.  The authority reserves the right to disengage the Part-Time Instructor in Art Education where the student strength of the concerned school decreased below the prescribed norm.

3Age as of 31st August 2022 between 18 to 42 years and 5 years of relaxation for ST/ SC Ex-Serviceman/ Women/ SEBC Candidates and 10 years for PH Candidates.  Age in case of candidates, who had applied pursuant to this Office Advt. No.3826 dated 27th December 2019, shall be 18 to 42 years as of 31st December 2019 subject to fulfillment of other eligibility conditions.  The upper age limit can be relaxed up to 10 years in case of non-availability of candidates.  For engagement of Part Time Instructor in Art Education (Performing Art under PH category there shall be 1% of reservation each for OH, Deaf, and VI candidates).
