UPSC CSE 2024 Notification – Eligibility Criteria
- For the Indian Administrative Service, the Indian Foreign Service, and the Indian Police Service, a candidate must be a citizen of India.
- For other services, a candidate must be either a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal, a subject of Bhutan, or a Tibetan
- The candidate must be a graduate from any University in India established by an Act of the Central or State Legislature, or from any other educational institution created by an Act of Parliament, otherwise he must have an equivalent qualification or a Bachelor's degree From any University which is declared to be a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
- Simply put, to be eligible to apply for UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Notification 2024, the candidate must be a graduate student or have an equivalent qualification from any university.
